Dr. Alana Francis (B.A, B.Sci, M.B,B,S, DM (Obgyn) is a dedicated Obstetrician & Gynaecologist who trained at the University of The West Indies in Trinidad and Barbados and is now completing a fellowship in Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. Prior to this placement, I was the chief resident at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Barbados for four years where I participated in research that has led to policy change in our department.
